Corporate Yoga Hike /Walking Meditation

This is an opportunity to join together outdoors in a spacious natural county park in Woodside - this is a secluded and semi-private area, where we will unlikely see any other people on the trail. 

 

The yogic "hike" is very mild, and mostly flat with moderate incline that is very low impact and gentle on the knees; as well as mostly shaded with beautiful redwood and tall trees.

 

This walk will be about 25 minutes to the destination, which is a beautiful meadow!!!

And 25 minutes back. There is a porta potty restroom located at the meadow. 

 

What's awesome about this hike is that it's sort of a private neighborhood walking trail ! So, people leave costume jewelry "hidden in plain sight" meaning, you will spot beautiful silvers and sparkly crystals hanging from branches, logs and other natural places. 


I invite you to bring a piece of costume jewelry of your own as an offering, we will be setting intention and creating a fun space for clarity, mindfulness and presence. 

And of course, we will do stretching and breathing along the way.
